Course Study- Pastoral Ministry, Bible Teacher, Bible Worker, and Public Evangelist

The work of God at this time in earth's history calls for ministers of the gospel who have committed their lives to serve as evangelists, teachers, shepherds, examples of spiritual piety, and messengers of the blessed hope.

This program is designed to provide a biblical foundation and practical field experience to prepare the student called to the proclamation of God's end-time message. This program is designed to prepare faithful ministers of the three angel's messages qualified under God to evangelize, teach, raise up congregations, train and lead laymen in evangelism, and provide church leadership. It is our aim to equip such under the power of the Holy Spitit to help complete the God's work on the earth in these end times.

The student must also evidence emotional stability, healthful lifestyle, responsible time management, spiritual maturity, and a commitment to God and the gospel ministry.

2010 Classes: January-December

Early Old Testament History- History and Interpretation of the books of Genesis to the book of Isaiah

Middle Old Testament History-History and Interpretation of the time of the Babylonian Captivity-just prior and immediately afterward.  

Latter Old Testament History-Lessons from the Babylonian captivity, and the last books of the old testament. History and Interpretation.

Principles of Prophetic Interpretation- How to Interpret the prophecies of the bible.

Pauline and General Epistles-How to identify the historical context, the contextual interpretation of the the writings of Paul, and the other apostolic writers.

Daniel and Revelation-How to interpret text by text the books of Daniel and Revelation.

Final Events-The last vision of Daniel and sequence of final things.

Evangelism-Theory and Practical-How to plan, execute, preach, and follow up a public evangelistic preaching campaign. The student will understand the power of speech, and demeanor in the pulpit. (Medical Ministry will be included.)

Canvassing-Theory and Practical. Mrs White says that this work will qualify men for the ministry more than many years of school.

Sanctuary, 1844 and Pioneers-Studies of the earthly tabernacle, the Aaronic, and Levitical Priesthood. The Heavenly Sanctuary, and the Priesthood of Christ, will be the central focus. The significance of 1844, and the development of the sanctuary doctrine will be focused upon. SDA history will be investigated, along with the role of the Spirit of Prophecy/Ellen White.

Conversion and Righteousness by Faith-A focus on the central theme of righteousness by faith as presented in the 1888 Minneapolis General Conference session. This course is designed to equip the student on how to present the gospel, lead souls to Christ, and to live the life of Christ.

Life and Teachings of Jesus- A comprehensive analysis of the life and teachings of Jesus as revealed in the four gospels. Aimed at enabling the student to present the fundamental message of Jesus to others. This class covers Christ's life from His incarnation through His ascension.

Special Assignments

Neighborhood Bible Studies: Student will need to conduct and complete bible study plan inside homes of interested residents. Student will learn how to lead students to make decisions for Christ.

Daniel and Revelation Commentaries: Student will publish a text by text explanation with corresponding scriptures of the chapters in these prophetic books.

Canvassing: Student will sale our classics door to door, not only to financially support himself, but for his own professional, soul-winning, and mental development.

Public Evangelism: Student will be required to work in an evangelistic crusade over a period of 3 months, and will be required to conduct his or her own evangelistic public evangelistic preaching campaign.

January-June: $4,500.00 Housing and Instruction

June-December:$1,500.00 Housing and Instruction

Course Hours: 1200 Hrs

Part Time Students: $10 per hour plus housing (2 to 3 years)
